About the Role

Do you want to take your first step into the staffing and recruitment industry, or do you perhaps have prior experience? Then this might be the job for you!

Your responsibilities will develop over time and encompass the entire recruitment process, from advertising and selection to interviews, reference checks, employment, and onboarding at the client site. The role will also involve contact with educational institutions, the Swedish Public Employment Service, and other networks. In the long term, you will also serve as the contact person for our employed consultants, which includes maintaining continuous contact with them and visiting them at their workplaces.

To succeed in this role, you need to be social, enjoy interacting with others, and appreciate varied tasks. Days may vary as we sometimes have to adjust our plans based on emerging needs. We work in teams consisting of sales and recruitment staff. Our work is driven by our clients' needs and requests. Our team is motivated by achieving our common goals together, with a focus on satisfying both clients and consultants.

You will receive a thorough introduction and guidance from experienced recruitment colleagues, gradually taking on more responsibility as you develop in the role.

About the Company

The position is primarily office-based, but you will also visit clients and consultants, attend trade fairs, and participate in training sessions. Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has relevant education or experience in areas such as personnel, HR, or similar fields
• Thrives on working towards goals and is motivated by seeing results
• Is structured, self-motivated, and skilled at building relationships
• Possesses high social competence, is unpretentious, driven, and enjoys new challenges
• Has good verbal and written communication skills
• Has strong administrative skills
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)

Previous experience in recruitment is advantageous but not a requirement – the most important thing is that you have the right attitude, want to develop, and take responsibility for your own learning.

If you meet these criteria and have good collaboration skills, can handle stressful situations, and solve problems creatively, you are likely the right person for this position!
