Do you want a central role in leading and ensuring the implementation of technical changes to products and operations, where quality, traceability, and regulatory compliance are crucial? We are now looking for an experienced and driven Change Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for change management throughout the entire lifecycle – from initiation and analysis to implementation, verification, and formal closure.
As a Change Manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving changes in a structured and controlled manner. The role serves as a key function between operations, technology, quality, and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring that changes are implemented efficiently, with the right decision-making basis, and in accordance with current requirements and processes.
You have overall responsibility for assessing changes from technical, operational, and regulatory perspectives, as well as identifying and managing risks, consequences, and dependencies. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you ensure that resources, activities, and deliverables are coordinated and that the change meets set goals regarding time, quality, and scope.
In larger and more complex change initiatives, several Change Managers may work in parallel. In these situations, you are fully responsible for your area of change with corresponding mandate, responsibility, and delivery requirements as for a complete change.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate changes throughout the entire change process, from initiation to formal closure.
- Ensure that changes are analyzed, planned, decided upon, implemented, verified, and documented according to established processes.

- Overall responsibility for ensuring that changes meet internal governing requirements as well as external customer, certification, and authority requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of working methods, processes, and methods within change management.
Your Profile
To succeed in the role, you are a structured and responsible person with a good ability to create engagement and collaboration between different functions. You thrive in an environment where multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and parallel activities need to be coordinated and balanced.
You work methodically and analytically while having the ability to make decisions, prioritize, and drive the work forward. Through your communicative and solution-oriented approach, you build trust and establish strong collaborations at all levels within the organization.
We are looking for someone who has
