Around 750 people work here, contributing together to innovative products with a low climate footprint. Our mill is located on the coast of Hälsingland, nine kilometers south of Hudiksvall.

Your next challenge
As Site Leadership Coordinator at Iggesund Mill, you will have a central role in the operation. You will be a key support to the Mill Manager and site leadership, contributing to creating structure, efficiency, and good communication within the organization.
This is a varied role where you combine administration, communication, coordination, and planning. You will be involved in everything from management meetings and internal information campaigns to customer visits, conferences, and larger events.
In this role, you will have significant personal responsibility and the opportunity to independently drive issues forward while collaborating with colleagues across the mill and with several of Holmen's central functions.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Mill Manager and site leadership with calendar management, meeting planning, minutes, travel, and administration.
- Responsible for internal communication and updating the mill's internal information channels.
- Coordinating management meetings, AGMs, information meetings, and other activities on behalf of the site leadership.
- Responsible for content and updates on the intranet, as well as supporting the organization with related issues.
- Planning and coordinating study visits and external events.
- Coordinating conferences, anniversaries, dinners, introductions, farewell parties, and other internal activities.
- Quality assurance and editing of presentations and communication materials.
- Responsible for updating and communicating the operation's key figures.
- Ensuring that Holmen's brand and communication guidelines are followed.
- Serving as a support to the operation in matters related to, among other things, Compass and other administrative processes.

We believe you have:
Requirements
- A three-year upper secondary education in, for example, economics, communication, languages, administration, or equivalent.
- At least three years of experience in qualified administrative or coordinating work.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience working with communication, presentations, and information materials.
Meritorious
- Experience working closely with a management group or corporate leadership.
- Experience with internal communication and intranets.
- Experience planning and coordinating larger meetings, events, or visits.
