We are now looking for a Consulting Manager for our office in Linköping – a key role where you have the opportunity to combine recruitment and leadership in an organization with short decision-making paths and a strong focus on people.

As a Consulting Manager, you have overall responsibility for your employees – from recruitment and onboarding to development, well-being, and work environment. You build long-term relationships, create engagement, and collaborate closely with business managers, HR, and other leaders to ensure the right competence and good conditions for both employees and the business.

Initially, a major focus will be on attracting, recruiting, and introducing new employees to meet our customers' needs and strengthen our continued growth.

Your role

As a Consulting Manager, you will among other things:

• Drive recruitment processes from need to employment
• Actively work with networking, relationship building, and candidate dialogues
• Contribute to strengthening Together Tech's attractiveness as an employer
• Have personnel responsibility for a group of engineers and technical specialists
• Be responsible for the employees' development, well-being, and work environment
• Enable high and sustainable utilization together with business managers
• Match competence against customer assignments and future business opportunities
• Contribute to developing the business, culture, and continued growth in Linköping

Your background

• University/College education in HR, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in independently driving recruitment processes and building candidate networks.
• Experience in leadership with personnel responsibility.
• Ability to build trust and create engagement in people.
• Good business acumen.
• Ability to combine structure with a coaching and relationship-oriented approach.
• Class B driver's license and very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Leadership experience from the engineering or consulting industry is meritorious, but we value above all your ability to create engagement, build strong teams, and develop people.
