Do you want to become a key piece in one of the largest staffing and recruitment companies in the Nordics? We are now looking for an engaged Staffing Coordinator who wants to work evenings/nights/weekends on StudentConsulting's national on-call service, based in Linköping!

In the role of Staffing Coordinator, you are responsible for handling orders and sickness reports outside of office hours from our customers/consultants, as well as quickly booking the right person to the customer.

Your tasks will include among other things: - Receiving sickness notifications from consultants - Taking calls from customers regarding the booking of consultants - Administration regarding consultants/customers - Scheduling

The working hours are Monday–Friday 17:00–08:00, Saturday 09:30–09:30, and Sunday 09:30–22:00/22:00–09:30. You must be available to work at least one shift per week. During these times, you will be on "standby on-call" from your home and must be available when our customers or consultants need your help. The introduction takes place at our office in central Linköping.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career who wants a fun, challenging, and developmental part-time job. We believe you are studying at a college or university, for example in Human Resources (HR) or similar, and now want to get a foot in the door of the industry. If you have some experience in similar work from before, it is seen as an advantage, but it is not a requirement.

We also see that you are independent, detail-oriented, and outgoing. We believe you have a great interest in people and that, through wholehearted engagement, you will be a good representative for StudentConsulting. You are passionate about providing service to customers and always want to leave good work behind you. Having fun together and supporting each other within the team is very important to us – we want you to value this as well when choosing us.

To be considered for the position, you must be studying at a college or university and have the opportunity to work approximately 16 hours per week. We have a long-term need for the position and would prefer that you have a few years left of your studies (at least 1.5 years remaining) and can also see a future within the staffing industry.
