Responsibilities

In this role, you have overall responsibility for the financial function in a group consisting of a parent company and four sister companies. You will have a broad and important role where you ensure that the company's financial work runs smoothly, correctly, and on time. Here you work with ongoing accounting while also being responsible for the work with closing accounts, annual reports, tax returns, payroll, and reporting.

You are part of the management team and report to the CEO. You have many points of contact with colleagues and management, as well as with customers, auditors, suppliers, and authorities.

About You

We are looking for you who have at least five years of experience in independent financial work with similar tasks and who feel confident in a role where you get to take significant responsibility. You have previously worked with closing accounts, annual reports, and group accounting. It is an advantage if you have an understanding of collective agreements. You have good digital skills and are a proficient user of various financial systems. You have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and self-starting. You plan your time well and find it easy to prioritize even when you have several parallel tasks. At the same time, you are unpretentious, social, and thrive in collaboration with others. You have a positive attitude, are confident in your competence, and are happy to contribute to developing routines and working methods.

Other Information

The position is full-time with a permanent contract.

You will be located at our office in Norrköping.

Among our clients are buyers within government agencies with requirements for security clearance. Swedish citizenship is therefore a requirement, and final candidates will undergo security checks according to established routines.
