Your Responsibilities
As an Administrator at Saab, the focus of the role may vary depending on organizational needs. This means you may work broadly within administration or more specialized within a specific area.
Regardless of the specific assignment, you will be an important part of operations at Saab. You will become a central support function for many within the organization, giving you a broad network and good insight into the company's operations. Workdays are varied, and no two days are alike. The role is developmental and versatile, offering you the opportunity to support operations both on a large and small scale.
Examples of tasks included in the role:
- Work with document management and document review in various systems
- Coordinate and plan activities, as well as arrange meetings and travel
- Participate in various meeting configurations and take meeting minutes
- Manage internal rentals and access permissions
- Administer contracts, including registration of agreements and extensions/terminations
- Provide administrative support to managers and employees
- Handle orders in Saab's procurement system
Your Profile
For the Administrator position at Saab, we are looking for you who are positive, social, and customer-oriented, with strong self-drive and initiative. You are well-organized, have an easy time collaborating and communicating, and are motivated by supporting both operations and people. The role involves working in an administrative function where the focus is on creating structure, providing service, and contributing your skills in a dynamic and developmental environment.
We see that you have:
- Previous experience in administrative work, preferably within the industry
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good system skills and familiarity with the Office suite
A university degree in a relevant field (e.g., economics, engineering, human resources, administration) is meritorious.
The position requires that you undergo and pass the security clearance checks according to current regulations. For positions where Saab requires security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.

The employment is initially a consulting assignment, with the possibility of direct employment at Saab after a period of staffing. This means you will be employed by Skill but perform your assignment and work at our client, Saab. The start date for the position is agreed upon, taking notice periods into account.
