About the role

As part of our payroll team, you will play a key role in ensuring correct, secure, and efficient payroll processing for the entire NTM Group. You will work with everything from payroll calculations and reconciliations to providing qualified support to managers and employees.

Your experience

We would like you to have:

• A few years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in a larger or more complex organization
• Experience with major payroll systems and digital HR/time systems
• Good familiarity with digital working methods
• Knowledge of holidays, sick leave, pensions, certificates, and related areas
• Experience in support, service, or training – this is highly appreciated

Additional qualifications

It is an additional advantage if you have:

• Experience with Agda Lön PS and/or Flex HRM, Medvind, Findity, or CatalystOne.
• Knowledge of collective agreements for Transport, the Distributor Agreement, Unionen, SJF, or GS.
• Interest or experience in automation, digitalization, and AI within the HR and payroll area.
