We are now looking for an E-commerce Administrator who can strengthen our e-commerce expertise and serve as a key support in our procurement projects and purchasing processes! Join our team!
Who are we?
The Procurement and Purchasing Unit is part of the Finance and Control Department, which belongs to the Municipal Executive's office. We are responsible, among other things, for the municipality's procurement of goods and services and strategic procurement and purchasing issues, with the exception of contracting.
The unit is responsible for developing and improving the municipality's procurement and purchasing processes from a holistic perspective and contributing to strengthening the municipality's work to prevent incorrect payments and welfare crimes within procurement and purchasing.
We are now looking for a new colleague who wants to work with e-commerce and support the municipality's purchasing organization while contributing to the municipality's development. As part of Norrköping Municipality, you will work on development that makes a real difference.

Your responsibilities
You work with the administration of e-commerce in the business system Raindance. This means connecting suppliers to the e-commerce system, handling system administration, registry maintenance, information dissemination, and supporting our users.
You also work strategically with the development of e-commerce and monitor developments in the field of e-commerce and e-commerce systems.
Furthermore, you participate in upgrades through troubleshooting and system testing of functions and flows.
You will support the municipality's purchasing organization and be involved in developing the proposed assortment in connection with assortment management and answer questions regarding purchasing.
The work involves several contact points, and you report to the Head of Procurement and Purchasing.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have post-secondary education in economics, e-commerce, or other equivalent education. Alternatively, you have a high school diploma with several years of experience working with e-commerce.
You have an understanding of purchasing processes, and we would appreciate it if you had experience working in an e-commerce system/e-ordering system or business system.
We see that you have very good knowledge of Excel and that you master the Office suite well.
As a person, we see that you are service-oriented and have high flexibility so that you can quickly shift your focus. You are structured, analytical, and have the ability to take initiative when required. You appreciate varied tasks and can take a holistic perspective.
You are independent in your own area of responsibility, team-oriented, and outgoing. You also need to have high integrity and sometimes find new ways to solve a problem. You are a secure and stable person who can stand by your decisions.
