At Maskinia, you will become part of our delivery team, ensuring that our machines maintain the highest quality before being delivered to the customer. You will enjoy a varied daily routine with many contact points and play a key role in creating a smooth delivery process.
About the role
As a Delivery Administrator, you, together with the delivery team, are responsible for ensuring our machines are ready for delivery. From the moment they arrive at us until they leave the facility for the customer. The role combines administration with technical understanding and involves close collaboration with both the workshop, sales support, and our suppliers.
Examples of tasks:
- Receiving inspection of new machines.
- Ensuring machines and documentation are complete prior to delivery.
- Performing delivery checks and quality reviews.
- Managing machine cards and administration in our business systems.
- Reporting deviations to suppliers and following up on warranty cases.
- Providing administrative support to sales support and our equipment workshops.
- Contributing to the development and improvement of our delivery processes.
We are looking for you who
We believe you are a person who thrives with order and structure, has an eye for detail, and likes to take responsibility. You work independently but also appreciate collaboration with colleagues across different parts of the business.
We would like you to have:
- Experience in administrative work.
- Good computer skills and an aptitude for learning new systems.
- Technical understanding or an interest in machines and vehicles.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and the ability to read and write in English.
- Category B driver's license. Forklift license is a merit.
It is a merit if you have experience from the workshop, construction, agricultural, or automotive industries.
