About the Role
As an HR Business Partner at BE Group in Norrköping, you work closely with managers within the warehouse and production operations. You provide both operational and strategic HR support to managers on issues related to occupational health and safety, rehabilitation, and personnel matters. You are also responsible for developing, managing, and ensuring compliance with processes within occupational health and safety and rehabilitation. In this role, you contribute to achieving the business's goals by ensuring efficient HR processes and strengthening the managers' prerequisites for leadership.
In the role, you provide operational support to managers on HR-related issues. You will also work with labor law and union cooperation, ensuring that the business complies with current labor legislation. The role involves conducting negotiations and dialogues with union partners and driving cooperation forums.
Furthermore, you are responsible for managing and following up on rehabilitation cases in close collaboration with managers. You ensure that legal requirements and internal routines are followed, work proactively to reduce absenteeism, and collaborate with external actors. You support and develop systematic occupational health and safety work in collaboration with the HSEQ organization. You ensure compliance with organizational and social working environment standards, participate in safety rounds and risk assessments, and support managers on working environment-related issues and measures.
About You
We are looking for you who have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, personnel science, or equivalent education. You have previous experience in operational HR work involving labor law processes and union cooperation. It is an advantage if you have worked with issues related to rehabilitation and occupational health and safety, and have experience from warehouse and/or production operations.
To succeed in the role of HR Business Partner at BE Group, we see that you are a confident, relationship-building, and communicative person who thrives on taking initiative and leading dialogues. You are accustomed to working independently, are solution-oriented, and have a structured approach to work. You have good computer skills and experience working in HR systems.
