About the Role
This is a full-time assignment where you will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for Telia. You will receive secure employment with us while having the opportunity to develop within one of Sweden's leading telecommunications companies.
As a consultant with Bravura, you will have a dedicated consultant manager who supports your development, checks in on how you are thriving in your role, and serves as a resource throughout the assignment. We actively work on your development and provide you with excellent conditions to grow – both within the assignment and further in your career.
The assignment is initially for 12 months, with very good opportunities for extension or transition to direct employment with Telia for the right person.

💼 Responsibilities
In the role of customer service representative at Telia, you are the customer's first point of contact and a key part of creating a positive experience. You handle incoming calls from private customers and assist with inquiries regarding invoices and payment solutions.
The role involves more than traditional customer service – you actively work to understand the customer's needs, provide advice, and guide the customer toward solutions that create long-term value. The role also involves responding to customers via text, where clear communication is essential. You will develop your dialogue skills in daily work by presenting holistic solutions to customers.
You will become part of a team where personality, engagement, and the desire to develop are highly valued.
- Handle incoming calls and support customers with their cases
- Analyze needs and provide advice that creates value for the customer
- Actively work to develop customer dialogue and identify relevant solutions
🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
- Completed upper secondary education (high school diploma)
- Experience from service, customer contact, or sales
- Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken) and good knowledge of English

Salary: Base salary + commission
A background check (criminal record and credit report) will be conducted during this process.
