Are you a structured and service-oriented person with experience in export, logistics, and international transport? We at Adecco are now looking for an Export Forwarder for Siemens Energy in Finspång. Here you will have the opportunity to work in an international environment with complex transport flows and be a key part of the company's global supply chain.

About the role

As an Export Forwarder, you are responsible for specific export flows and ensure that transports are carried out efficiently, correctly, and in accordance with current regulations. The role involves close collaboration with suppliers, transport agents, customers, and internal functions such as project managers, material coordinators, buyers, and internal logistics.

You will become part of the Forwarding Department, which handles all transport and customs-related assignments for Siemens Energy's new production and service operations in Finspång. The role offers a varied daily routine with many contact points and good opportunities for development within transport, logistics, and customs.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Create and manage transport documents
• Tender and book transports
• Manage supplier and carrier contacts
• Follow up and monitor deliveries
• Issue shipping instructions
• Prepare export and customs documents
• Check and post freight and forwarding invoices
• Handle transport claims
• Contribute to the development and digitalization of transport and customs processes
• Ensure efficient and sustainable transport solutions

The position is a consultancy assignment via Adecco on a full-time basis, starting 2026-08-17 and running until 2027-08-13.

About you

We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment with a fast pace and many contact points. You work in a structured manner, are solution-oriented, and have the ability to prioritize even when the workload is high. You are communicative, collaborative, and have a strong customer focus.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

• Relevant higher education in logistics, transport, or supply chain, or alternatively several years of experience in import/export and forwarding
• Experience of international transports and logistics flows
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Meritorious

• Experience of customs handling and export documentation
• Experience of international trade terms and transport agreements
• Knowledge of SAP
• Language skills in German, Spanish, or Russian
• Experience of sustainability work within transport and logistics
