All employees perform all tasks at our facilities, which makes the work very fun and varied. A workday can include customer service, price labeling, inventory, as well as receiving and unpacking goods. As a store salesperson, your most important tasks are:

• Actively engage in customer service – we want to provide all customers with first-class service.
• Sell high-quality building materials at the market's best price.
• Maintain order and ensure shelves are always well-stocked.
• Pick timber, conduct inventory, handle deliveries, and label products to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Help measure and calculate customers' goods.

The position is a permanent employment at 70%

Qualifications:

• Interest in renovation and construction, retail, and customer service.
• Motivated by sales and exceeding customer expectations.
• Valid B-driver's license.
• Ability to measure and calculate customers' goods without hindrance.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and ability to communicate in English.
• Available to work during the facility's opening hours.
• Capable of upholding and working according to our values.

Desirable personal qualities:

• Service-oriented – has a desire to work with service and passion for sales.
• Fast, efficient, responsive, flexible – qualities that can provide a good customer experience.
• Responsible – for own development and for the facility's success – with the mindset "team before self".
• Has drive and commitment to the facility.

• Eager to learn new things.

Other:

• Experience in construction, retail, and customer service is meritorious.
• Forklift experience is meritorious.
• Forklift training and driving permit are provided internally at the facility.

Working hours:

According to the facility's opening hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
