We are now looking for a business-driven and technically knowledgeable Sales Representative for the Industry & Infrastructure segment, who wants to develop cooperation with our customers and contribute to making future energy solutions a reality.

Your Role

KL Industri AB is the leading supplier in the Nordics of metal and concrete substations adapted for distribution within medium-voltage networks. With in-house development, modern production, and strong local anchoring, we deliver complete solutions to power grid companies, industry, contractors, and the infrastructure sector throughout the Nordics. The company has approximately 230 employees with its headquarters in Finspång and is in a strong growth phase with high ambitions for the coming years.

In the role of Sales Representative for Industry & Infrastructure, you will hold a key position in our push into new segments and larger projects within industry, contracting, and infrastructure. You will work nationally and be responsible for developing business through new customer acquisition, upselling, and project sales. The role involves close collaboration with our regional sales managers, where you will jointly drive complex deals from initial contact to final solution. You will work operationally with customer meetings, quotation preparation, calculations, technical solutions, and long-term relationship-building sales.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in technical B2B sales, preferably within power engineering, power distribution, contracting, or industrial solutions. You have an understanding of power engineering technology and feel confident in dialogue with both technical decision-makers and business-oriented customers. Experience with substations, switchgear, transformers, or related products is highly meritorious. This role suits you if you combine technical understanding with strong business acumen and are motivated by creating long-term business with high customer value.

As a person, you are self-reliant, goal-oriented, and professional in your approach. You are good at building trust and thrive in a role where you take significant responsibility while collaborating closely with both customers and colleagues. You are communicative, solution-oriented, and capable of driving multiple projects in parallel at a high pace.

You handle business systems effortlessly and express yourself well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required for the position as travel is a natural part of the job.
