We are now looking for you who want to contribute as a specialist and advisor in recruitment and talent acquisition at Saab for a long-term assignment.

Your Role
In this role, you combine the strategic perspective within Talent Acquisition with the operational craftsmanship of recruitment. This is not a role where you simply wait for applications – you also work data-driven, analytically, and proactively to ensure that we attract and recruit the right competence, today and into the future.

You have overall responsibility for the recruitment process and act as a strategic and consultative partner to hiring managers and HR. Depending on the role and target group, you may work with both targeted advertising and active search, where you identify and engage candidates.

The role also involves a clear focus on improvement and development. With support from data, insights, and analysis, you contribute to developing our ways of working, processes, and candidate experience. You become part of an experienced Talent Acquisition team working across the entire talent lifecycle, from employer branding and outreach to completed recruitment.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire recruitment process – from needs analysis and job profile to employment
• Work proactively and potentially with proactive recruitment (search) and relationship building within relevant target groups
• Design and publish target-group-adapted advertisements and work with selection and interviews
• Conduct competency-based interviews, personality assessments, reference checks, and security clearance checks if necessary
• Act as a strategic and coaching support to hiring managers and HR
• Work analytically and data-driven to follow up on recruitment outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and optimize processes
• Contribute to and drive improvement work within Talent Acquisition, for example regarding processes, tools, or ways of working
• Build and maintain networks and strengthen our long-term talent supply

Your Profile
We are looking for you who have several years of experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition. You are confident in the entire recruitment process and have experience with both proactive recruitment and advertising.

You have an analytical mindset and are accustomed to working data-driven – you use insights and statistics to make better decisions, prioritize correctly, and develop your way of working. At the same time, you are communicative, relationship-building, and thrive in close collaboration with managers and other stakeholders.

We would like you to have:

• 3–9 years of experience in recruitment and/or Talent Acquisition
• Experience with proactive search and working with hard-to-fill profiles
• Strong analytical skills and habit of working data-driven
• Ability to work independently, structured, and solution-oriented
• A consultative and coaching approach towards managers
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Relevant university education, for example within HR or equivalent

Meritorious: experience with work psychological tests and/or certification within assessment.
