To our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy industry, we are now looking for a Business Controller for a contract at their site in Finspång.

Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the market's current and future needs.

Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment with many development opportunities.

This is initially a 12-month consulting assignment starting in August via Unik Resurs, with very good prospects for extension.

We conduct continuous selection, which means the assignment may be filled earlier than the final application date.

Tasks and Responsibilities

We are now looking for a Business Controller who wants to contribute to the development of our operations within Nuclear Service. In this role, you will work closely with operations and management, focusing on financial monitoring, analysis, and business support. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and closing processes, as well as providing decision support that drives business development. The role also involves close collaboration with both local and global functions, as well as participation in the development and digitalization of financial processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and financial key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor developments in areas such as revenue, gross margin, cash flow, SG&A, and absorption.
• Present financial analyses and financial status to management and operations.
• Participate in closing, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Work with project monitoring and project controlling.
• Support operations with financial and business-related questions.
• Collaborate with local and global functions within finance and business support.
• Contribute to the development and digitalization of financial processes.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is analytical, structured, and has a strong business focus. You thrive when taking responsibility for your tasks, work independently, and have the ability to prioritize and deliver high-quality results even at a fast pace.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar education.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Controlling, financial management, or accounting.
• Very good skills in Excel.
• Experience with data analysis and various IT tools.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx is a plus.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
