Your Role

We are now looking for a Senior Business Developer within Quality and Control who will have overall responsibility for developing, coordinating, and driving initiatives that directly impact the operation's long-term efficiency, quality, and competitiveness.

In this role, you operate at a strategic level, ensuring that business development, management systems, and control principles are integrated and translated into concrete results. You act as a central advisor and change leader with the mandate to create the prerequisites for a cohesive and efficient organization.

One of your first assignments will be to lead the development of Business Area Aeronautics' future management system as a change leader, which is of strategic importance to Aeronautics. You will collaborate with other change leaders to establish direction, structure, and control that ensure processes, working methods, and operational requirements work together in a common and integrated control model. The assignment has significant strategic importance and involves close collaboration with management, process owners, and key stakeholders throughout the organization, as well as securing the important role of managers in leading change.

As a Senior Business Developer, you drive cross-functional initiatives where you ensure prioritization, progress, and results in a complex operational environment. You identify development opportunities, manage strategic dependencies, and create consensus around changes that strengthen the organization's ability to deliver against business goals and strategic ambitions.

You lead workshops, decision forums, and development efforts, and act as a coach and advisor to managers and operational representatives. Through your work, you contribute to building long-term capability in business development, quality control, and continuous improvement.

The role offers great breadth and will over time encompass several strategic development initiatives with significant impact on the operation's future development.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who combine strategic height with operational execution power. You have documented experience in leading complex change and development initiatives and thrive in contexts where you can influence the operation's direction and working methods at a high level.

You are a natural relationship builder with strong communication skills and a large trust capital. Through your leadership, you create engagement, anchoring, and results even in complex and changing environments.

We would like you to have:

• Several years of experience leading strategic business development or transformation initiatives
• Documented success in program or project management in complex organizations
• Extensive experience in change management and organizational development
• Experience in quality control, process development, or business architecture
• Very good ability to influence, facilitate, and create consensus at different levels in the organization
• Experience working closely with management groups and senior decision-makers

Meritorious experience includes:

• Experience in process modeling and mapping of business processes.
• Experience in developing or managing management systems and control models
• Experience from larger industrial, technical, or defense-related operations
• Experience in cross-functional work in international or matrix-organized environments
• Certification in project management, change management, or business development
