Are you an experienced HR specialist with deep expertise in employment law and industrial relations? We are now looking for a senior consultant for an exciting assignment with a leading industrial company in Linköping. You will become part of an established HR organization and take on a central role in supporting the business with qualified employment law matters.

About the Assignment

As an HR specialist in employment law, you will serve as a strategic and operational advisor to managers and HR colleagues. You will be responsible for ensuring that employment law issues are handled professionally and commercially, while also contributing to change and development initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

  • Provide support and advice on the interpretation of collective agreements and employment legislation.
  • Handle and guide matters regarding dismissals, transfers, and employment law disputes.
  • Drive and lead HR-related aspects of change and development projects.
  • Conduct employment law investigations.
  • Plan and deliver training in employment law for managers and HR functions.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies, guidelines, and procedures within the employment law field.
  • Independently conduct and support union negotiations.
Qualifications
  • Academic education in HR, Law, or another relevant field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in qualified HR work.
  • Documented experience supporting organizations with both unionized employees and managerial staff.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and experience working with complex employment law issues.
  • Experience in independently conducting union negotiations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex legal matters into clear and practical advice.
  • Ability to work both independently and in close collaboration with others, as well as managing multiple parallel tasks.

  • Scope: Full-time
  • Assignment Period: Until the turn of the year, with possibility of extension
  • Location: Linköping

For this position, you are required to undergo and pass a security clearance and background check according to current security requirements. Swedish citizenship may be required depending on the security classification of the assignment.
