ABOUT THE ROLE

You work closely with project managers and quality functions, ensuring that documentation, follow-up, and administration actually meet the level required in a global industrial environment. When the pace picks up, you are the one who creates order. When many people are involved, you are the one who holds the threads together.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring documentation is correct, updated, and traceable
• Following up on activities and deadlines in projects
• Coordinating administrative parts of deliveries
• Contributing to structure in quality work
• Serving as a natural contact point between different functions

This is a role for you if you thrive when given responsibility and know that structure is not bureaucracy – it is the prerequisite for success.

ABOUT YOU

You appreciate when things are well-thought-out. You like having a plan, but you also handle it well when reality changes.

We believe you have experience in administrative work within a project or industrial environment and feel comfortable working in business systems, preferably SAP or similar. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English and are accustomed to collaborating with various types of roles.

But most importantly, it’s about who you are: You take responsibility. You see the big picture and you dare to speak up when something needs adjustment.

You don’t need to be the loudest voice in the room, but you are often the one who sees the most.
