You will be introduced to the assignment step-by-step with the help of competence development and support from experienced colleagues. Gradually, you will independently plan and carry out assignments on your own.

The unit has a total of 20 employees who, with their various HR competencies, support and develop managers and employees in the region. Here you will find development-oriented colleagues who help each other and have fun together.

You have previously worked with leadership and employee development at the individual and group level and are an experienced process leader. You have experience and the ability to work from a coaching approach. It is an advantage if you have personal experience as a manager or leader and of working with change management.

You have knowledge of theories and models regarding leadership and employment as well as individual and group development. You are interested in new research findings and have the ability to translate relevant research into practice.

To succeed in the role, you need to have a good understanding of how people absorb knowledge and have an easy time creating engagement and participation in the groups you meet.
