Your Responsibilities

Do you want to be a key figure in our school environment and contribute to a well-functioning daily routine for students, staff, and guardians? As an administrator, you provide important support to the principal and other staff, and you work in close relation to the school's leadership.

A large part of your work involves personnel administration for our approximately 100 employees. In the Heroma system, you handle employment, absence, ongoing cases, and all administration regarding the onboarding and offboarding of staff. You are also a reliable point of contact who supports and guides colleagues in our various systems.

You also work continuously in the student administration systems IST and Skola24 with student registration, grade management, and timetables. In addition, you are responsible for the school's diary management and archiving in Ciceron, as well as handling economic administration, purchasing, and invoicing in Unit4. Generally occurring administrative tasks in a dynamic school environment are also included in the role.

Your Workplace

Our adapted primary school is divided into three units: Nya Ryd, Ekholmen, and Anders Ljungstedts Gymnasium. The operation consists of a total of just over 100 students and approximately 100 employees. Here, you become part of a dedicated workplace that collaborates to drive the school's development forward.

You who apply

We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education or other education that the employer considers equivalent. Since the role involves a large amount of documentation and ongoing communication, it is a requirement that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

It is meritorious if you have experience working with payroll administration, personnel administration, or economic administration. We also see it as an advantage if you have previously worked in the student administration system IST, as well as in the systems Unit4, Heroma, or Ciceron. Since you will work towards and support three different schools in your role, it is also meritorious if you have a B driver's license.

As a person, you are independent and take responsibility for your tasks by structuring your approach yourself and driving your processes forward. You combine this with being structured in your daily life, where you plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively to set and keep timeframes. Since you provide important support for several operations, your collaboration skills are crucial; you relate to other people in a listening and smooth manner, while also listening, communicating, and resolving conflicts constructively. Furthermore, you are flexible and change-oriented, which means that you easily adapt to new situations, are receptive to development, and see opportunities in changes. Finally, you are genuinely service-oriented. You maintain a calm, attentive, and accommodating approach, and always strive with interest and willingness to help others and deliver solutions.
