About the role

As a Payroll Specialist, you play a central role in supporting the business with matters related to payroll and HR administration.

You work independently in a varied role where you combine operational tasks with improvement initiatives – with a strong focus on serving the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for payroll processing for approximately 1,100 employees, as well as proactive support to managers in payroll and HR-related matters
• Support for managers regarding system, legal, and contractual issues
• Specialist support within collective agreements, pensions, and benefits
• Work with and develop processes in HR systems (Workday/IFS)
• Drive improvements in routines and working methods within HR

• Have experience in payroll work and a understanding of the entire payroll process
• Are system-savvy, "system-curious," and confident working with various HR and payroll tools
• Are curious, driven, and enjoy taking ownership
• Enjoy handling multiple tasks in parallel
• Are flexible and comfortable with rapid changes

We also look for:

• Relevant education in payroll/HR or equivalent experience
• Experience in HR administration and the HR lifecycle
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Meritorious qualifications:

• Experience with Workday and/or IFS
• Experience in development or digitalization projects
