We are now looking for a service-oriented and structured customer service representative/traffic controller for our client in Linköping. The assignment starts as soon as possible and extends until September.
About the roleIn this role, you will be an important part of the daily operations, responsible for providing professional service to customers as well as coordinating and following up on transports and deliveries. You will act as a central contact point between customers, drivers, and internal functions to ensure efficient and well-functioning flows.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have good system proficiency, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a solution-oriented approach. You are communicative, service-oriented, and have a good ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
We are looking for someone who:Has experience in customer service, administration, or traffic control
Has good system proficiency and is quick to learn new IT systems
Is service-oriented, detail-oriented, and responsible
Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
Thrives when coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously
For this position, you will be employed by Poolia and work as a consultant at our client's premises.
