Peab Operations and Maintenance is a region within Peab Infrastructure. Our core business consists of ongoing operations and maintenance of the state road network, municipal streets and squares, park and street care, as well as exterior building maintenance. We work with flower programs, landscaping, and arborist services, as well as the renovation of parks and playgrounds. We ensure that residents and visitors can enjoy and stay safe in our outdoor environments and traffic. About the role

As a Quantity Surveyor at Peab Operations and Maintenance, you will become a key player in the organization. You will work in a team to drive the entire calculation process from request documents to a finished tender proposal, and you will be responsible for handing over to production and supporting them in the implementation. You will solve tasks in close collaboration with our site managers, project manager, and operations manager for Peab Operations and Maintenance.

In the role, you will, among other things, analyze, identify, and find creative solutions to our customers' requests while always maintaining a long-term perspective focused on profitability, quality, working environment, and environment. The role of Quantity Surveyor is based on you being meticulous, structured, and solution-focused in your work. Furthermore, you are a responsible person who is engaged and eager to develop within your area.

The geography covers Östergötland and Småland, but also Blekinge and Öland, which makes our assignments and business varied and inspiring. Competencies we value are your ability to build relationships and networks, as well as being flexible and adaptable to changing conditions.

Qualifications

• You have a university/college education with a focus on Construction and Infrastructure, or other education combined with work experience that can be assessed as equivalent.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in the industry as a Quantity Surveyor or have equivalent knowledge.
• Very good computer skills in Excel.
• Familiarity with AMA within infrastructure.
• Proficient in the calculation program MAPP or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is meritorious to have good knowledge of contract administration and in General Conditions AB04, ABT06, ABFF, among others. It is also meritorious if you have good knowledge within contract law, contract administration, economics, and/or KMA.
