We are now looking for a driven Consultant Sales Representative who wants to help develop our operations in Östergötland.

About the Role

As a Consultant Sales Representative at Sybring, you are responsible for identifying, processing, and developing business with both existing and new customers, primarily in Östergötland. You will sell consulting services and staffing solutions within areas such as:

  • Information and Cyber Security
  • Project Management and Management
  • Software Development
  • Mechanics and Product Development

You will work closely with our consultants, our network of specialists, and the company's management to create long-term business relationships and find the right expertise for our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and processing new customers within industry, technology, and the public sector
  • Building and developing long-term customer relationships
  • Identifying consulting needs and presenting the right expertise
  • Driving the entire sales process from first contact to agreement
  • Conducting customer meetings, both digitally and on-site
  • Collaborating with recruitment and consulting managers to ensure high quality in delivery
  • Participating in networking events, trade fairs, and other business-promoting activities

We are looking for someone who

  • Has documented experience in B2B sales
  • Has experience selling services, consulting solutions, or staffing
  • Is accustomed to creating new business and building long-term customer relationships
  • Has strong self-drive and thrives working towards set goals
  • Has good business acumen and the ability to identify customer needs
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
  • Has a valid driver's license (Category B)

Merits

  • Experience from the consulting industry within IT, technology, or management
  • Established network within the industrial or technology sector in Östergötland
  • Experience in sales within security or technical consulting services
