We are looking for an engaged and solution-oriented operational buyer to join our client's Supply Support team. In this role, you will have operational responsibility for ensuring that their production receives the right components on time. Here, you will have the opportunity to contribute to creating efficient workflows, optimizing deliveries, and working with complex products in a dynamic and technically advanced environment.

As an operational buyer, you will become a central part of their production chain with a focus on delivery precision.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Purchasing spare parts, repairs, and services based on planned needs
• Order placement and delivery monitoring
• Handling sales orders and cost calculations
• Optimizing workflows and reviewing suppliers' cost analyses

Scope of the assignment: Full-time, 100%
Employment type: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters.
Start date: According to agreement
End date: At least one year, with the ambition to transition to direct employment with the client.
Other information: The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to current security clearance regulations. For positions where our client requires security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.

To be successful in this role, you need

• Some years of experience in operational purchasing
• Relevant post-secondary education
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Meritorious: Purchasing within regulated industries (aviation, defense, pharmaceuticals, or similar)
• Meritorious: Experience with export control
• Meritorious: Experience with business systems such as IFS
