Do you want to combine technology, sales, and customer relations in a role where you make a real difference? We are now looking for a driven and customer-oriented person to join our sales team in Hardware Sales.
In this role, you will work closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure the right hardware solutions throughout the entire business process – from consultation and sales to delivery and follow-up. You will become a hardware specialist and a key part of driving our business forward.
BRP Systems is an international SaaS company that develops software for the fitness and wellness industry and is the market leader in the Nordics. At our company, we work closely with our customers in an organization where collaboration, flexibility, and business understanding are important parts of how we work.
Your main responsibilities
- Drive and support the hardware aspect of the sales process for both new and existing customers
- Be responsible for the entire delivery flow – from order and installation to delivery and customer follow-up
- Build and develop long-term relationships with customers and partners
- Ensure that customer needs are met in an efficient and professional manner
- Work proactively with sales targets, customer dialogues, and business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with sales, R&D, and other internal functions.
We are looking for someone who
- Has extensive knowledge of hardware and IT infrastructure
- Is service-oriented, solution-focused, and thrives in customer-facing dialogues
- Has strong self-drive and enjoys working towards goals
- Is a team player with good communication skills
- Has good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Many of our sales processes are conducted in English with prospects across Europe.
- Has good knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT systems.
Here, you will have a varied role with significant responsibility, many contact points, and the opportunity to influence both the customer experience and the business. We work mostly digitally and guide our customers via phone or online meetings. Occasionally, as the hardware responsible, you may need to assist a customer on-site, but usually, the customer has their own suppliers for this.
This position is based at our office in central Linköping, located right next to Stora Torget. There is an option to work from home a few days a week.
