Customs Administrator Needed for Client – Summer Part-Time Position
On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a detail-oriented and service-minded Customs Administrator for summer work. This is a hourly-paid position where you must be available to work at least two days per week. This role is particularly suitable for students who wish to combine work with their studies.
About the Role
As a Customs Administrator, you will handle import and export declarations as well as reporting in the company's customs data system. You will be responsible for assigned customer orders and ensure that work is carried out according to established procedures, current regulations, and customer agreements.
In this role, you will have ongoing contact with customers, internal colleagues, and authorities, which places high demands on good service awareness and professional conduct.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Handling import and export declarations
- Reporting and administration in the customs data system
- Contact with customers, authorities, and internal functions
- Quality assurance of customs cases according to the Swedish Customs Agency's laws and regulations
- Ensuring that work follows established processes and routines
- Contributing to keeping business management systems and process descriptions up to date
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with previous experience in administrative work who thrives in structured and meticulous environments. You are computer literate and comfortable with the Office suite, especially Excel. You are comfortable working with numbers and administrative processes and have an interest in technical systems.
Experience in customs administration is an advantage but not a requirement.

- Have experience in administration
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Are detail-oriented, structured, and responsible
- Have good administrative and technical understanding
- Can plan, prioritize, and carry out your work independently
- Enjoy collaborating and contributing to the team's common goals
- Have a high level of service awareness and good communication skills
About the Employment
- Hourly employment during the summer
- At least two working days per week
- Start immediately upon agreement
