RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of Retail Sales Associate, we are looking for you who are confident in customer interactions and have an easy time building good relationships, both with consumers and professional customers. You will work broadly with everything from sales and advisory services to order processing, quotations, and delivery handling.
Your responsibilities include among other things:
- Being part of the store's face and, together with colleagues, responsible for daily operations.
- Providing professional service and advice to both consumers and professional customers, in-store and via phone.
- Handling order flows from order to delivery, as well as preparing and following up on quotations.
- Receiving, checking, and handling deliveries.
- Ensuring a high service level and contributing to a positive customer experience in every interaction.
- Actively working to keep the store in good shape through unpacking, restocking, and maintaining order that drives sales.
- Handling simpler administration such as billing and support in customer cases.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have:
- Experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing work is meritorious.
- Good computer skills and ability to handle administrative tasks.
- Ability to work in a structured manner and keep order even at a high pace.
- Self-motivated and initiative-taking with a solution-oriented attitude.
- Good communication skills and ease of collaborating with colleagues.
- Flexible and thrive in a varied role with many contact surfaces.

A position with a growing wholesale company in the flooring industry in Sweden. We are the only full-assortment wholesaler in Sweden that collaborates with all market-leading suppliers in the industry. Start: August or as agreed.
Scope: Part-time, 50%.
Working hours: Weekdays and every other Saturday.
Location: Norrköping.
Employment type: Permanent position with a 6-month probation period.
We have a collective agreement.
