About the role
As a Finance Assistant in Back Office, you support the treasury department with daily financial flows and reconciliations. You work in a team where collaboration is central, acting as a key link between internal business units and external banks. The work is characterized by clear routines and deadlines.
Responsibilities
The role involves ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions through daily control and administration of the group's banking and treasury flows.
- Perform daily reconciliations between bank accounts and the treasury system
- Execute payments and verify incoming liquidity
- Manage and administer internal loan agreements
- Confirm and reconcile currency transactions and interest deals
- Participate in monthly and quarterly closing processes
We are looking for you who
- Have a degree in economics from a university or university college
- Have previous work experience where you have taken independent responsibility
- Have good knowledge of Excel and the Office suite
- Are able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience with the Quantum system
- Experience working in banks' own platforms
- Experience with file transfers between treasury systems
