Do you want exciting experience as a Shipping Office Assistant? We are now looking for a new colleague for our logistics department.

About the role:

As a Shipping Office Assistant here, you receive carriers, administer transport documents, and help drivers get to the right place. You work closely with our warehouse and transport team and contribute to smooth logistics.

Qualifications:

• Class B driver's license & access to a car if you do not live in Kisa.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• High school diploma.
• Good knowledge of Excel.

Merits:

• Experience with the SAP business system.
• Post-secondary education in logistics or a similar field.

Start date: August or as agreed

Employment: Permanent position, staff position. Probation period may apply.

Working hours: Shift work (Monday-Friday)
