About the role

We are currently recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, an HR Business Partner for their operations in Linköping. This is an exciting opportunity for you who have 2–4 years of HR experience and wish to work close to the business in an advisory and operational role.

As an HR Business Partner, you will become an important collaboration partner for managers and leaders, contributing HR expertise and support in matters concerning employees, organization, and business development.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities may vary, but include among other things:

• Support and coach managers in HR-related matters
• Work with recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Handle labor law issues and personnel cases
• Drive and develop HR processes and routines
• Work with occupational health and rehabilitation issues
• Participate in change and development projects within HR
• Contribute to the organization's long-term competence and personnel development

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an academic education in HR, Human Resources, or equivalent
• Has 2–4 years of experience in broad HR work
• Has good knowledge of labor law and HR processes
• Is communicative and has the ability to build trust-based relationships
• Is independent, structured, and solution-oriented
• Thrives in working both strategically and operationally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from a role as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
• Experience in change management and organizational development
• Familiarity with HR systems and digital tools
• Experience in competence development and talent management
