This autumn, Rutsborgskolan will have approximately 600 students in grades F–9. The school is located in Bjärred in a beautiful environment and offers modern and well-equipped facilities. Here, dedicated staff work together to create a safe and stimulating learning environment where students develop knowledge and skills with curiosity and motivation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for you who want to develop teaching and have the ability to see and utilize the strengths of both students and colleagues. We would like your approach to students to be based on movement and activity that contributes to increased well-being and better learning.

The position includes approx. 40% teaching in textile crafts in grades 5-6 and 60% of the position is as a teacher for the after-school center (fritidshem).

Teaching in crafts is conducted in bright premises that create good conditions for creative and practical learning. We work in a solution-focused manner and place great emphasis on utilizing each other's competencies and resources. Together with your colleagues in crafts, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and further developing the teaching in the subject based on curricula and current research.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Certified teacher with eligibility in textile crafts for primary school.
• Very good oral and written skills in Swedish.
• Certified teacher in after-school center (fritidshem).
• Experience working in an after-school center.

Employment type: Permanent position.

The position is a permanent employment starting August 13, 2026.

We disclose the salary for the 10th and 90th percentile: 43,160–50,100 SEK/month. The salary range is stated in accordance with current regulations on salary transparency.
