Pilängskolan is beautifully nestled in a villa area in central Lomma. Here you are close to everything; large green areas, parks, the beach, sports areas, swimming hall, and culture.

Starting with the autumn term 2026, the new Pilängskolan will cover grades F-9 and house approximately 900 students. Despite its size, there is a feeling of safety and small-scale intimacy that characterizes the school area. Each stage has its own building, and the schoolyard is designed to promote play and movement.

For the school year 2026/27, students and staff from Strandskolan will move to Pilängskolan, which means that together we will build a new operation and culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher in the after-school center, you are responsible for, together with your colleagues, planning, implementing, and evaluating the pedagogical work within the after-school center. You are well-versed in the after-school center's curriculum and accustomed to working with current goals and quality standards within the after-school center's operations.

Your task is to promote each student's learning and development by creating stimulating and challenging teaching with varied activities. The position also includes complementing the pedagogical activities in the classroom during the school day.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are

• Certified teacher in after-school center or Early Childhood Educator (Fritidspedagog)
• You have a clear student focus, are engaged in pedagogical development work, and have the ability to see opportunities rather than obstacles.
• You are a clear leader who is positive and believes it is important to create good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
• You are secure, sensitive, and flexible.
• You find it easy to collaborate with others and work to create an open and non-hierarchical collaborative climate where new thinking and happy laughter are encouraged.
• You also take joint responsibility for achieving set goals.

We disclose salary for the 10th and 90th percentile: 37,560 - 45,400 SEK/month. The salary interval is stated in accordance with current regulations on salary transparency.
