How do you develop a business that assesses thousands of future drivers with advanced licenses every year? In this role, you combine your knowledge of advanced driving license categories with business development, collaboration, and change management. You work nationally to develop working methods, strengthen quality, and create conditions for a legally secure and equal driving test operation.

As a Business Developer, you are responsible for ensuring that the implementation of driving tests for advanced licenses is developed, coordinated, aligned, and quality-assured according to current regulations and directives, both within the administration and in ongoing operations.

Your duties include, among other things:

• Initiate, plan, and lead development initiatives and work related to the development of operations linked to advanced driving tests.
• In collaboration with Management Support, contribute to the development of policies, strategies, and processes regarding the examination of drivers with advanced licenses.
• Enhance collaboration with various influence and cooperation partners in connection with improvement and development work. An example is the Swedish Transport Administration (Transportstyrelsen) and STR.
• Support the unit manager in projects and change management, and act as a change leader when new initiatives are to be implemented.
• Conduct environmental scanning and benchmarking regarding technical development and working methods related to driver examination.
• Collaborate with other units and departments within Driving Tests.
• Act as an expert in advanced license categories.
• Together with business developers for training, be responsible for the content of training, further education, and competence development for advanced licenses.

We are looking for you who have:

• A relevant university or college education of at least 180 hp (120p) or other education and experience that we collectively assess as equivalent.
• Driving license categories B, BE, C, CE, D, DE.
• Very good knowledge of advanced license categories (BE, C, CE, D, DE) and the processes of the driving test operation from application to issued license.
• Very good knowledge of current regulations and directives for the implementation of driving tests.
• Very good knowledge and experience in practically conducting driving tests according to current regulations.
• Ability to express yourself well both verbally and in writing.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Good knowledge and experience in coordination, strategic development work, and/or project management, preferably within driving test operations or similar regulated activities.
