ECIT is an outsourcing company within accounting, payroll, and IT. We operate across Sweden and are constantly growing as we develop the business. Therefore, we are now looking for an experienced payroll consultant for Stockholm or Malmö who wants to join our journey. We offer a flexible solution where you can work both on-site and from home. In the role of payroll consultant, you will be part of one of our payroll teams. You will have contact with several different customers and be responsible for handling and executing payroll calculations, as well as ensuring compliance with regulations and agreements. You will also provide advisory and support services to our customers to ensure smooth and efficient payroll management. Therefore, you should have good experience in payroll work with a habit of being responsible for the entire payroll process.

In the work, it is of great importance to understand the importance of working efficiently and business-mindedly in a team, always with the customer's best interests in mind.

Qualifications

• Degree in payroll from a University College (YH), university, or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience with independent payroll work.
• Experience in payroll work within outsourcing/consulting firms.
• Extensive knowledge of Swedish labor law and collective agreements.
• Good skills in Excel.
• Experience working with the systems Hogia or Agda.
• Good knowledge of English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have experience with payroll systems other than Hogia and Agda.
