We are now looking for a Customer and Assistant Manager for our office in Malmö who wants to help develop our operations together with us.

Your Role:

As Customer and Assistant Manager at Move & Walk, you have overall responsibility for your assignments. You work closely with customers, relatives, and personal assistants, creating the conditions for safe, high-quality, and sustainable assistance over time.

You combine present and trust-building leadership with structure and accountability. The role is both operational and development-oriented, and you collaborate closely with your colleagues in the team.

• Lead, support, and follow up on personal assistants in their duties.
• Ensure recruitment, induction, and staffing based on customer needs.
• Build, maintain, and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Work with personnel management, working environment, and regulatory compliance.
• Plan and develop scheduling, administration, and documentation.
• Monitor quality, economy, and results within your area of responsibility.
• Actively contribute to collaboration, participation, and development within Move & Walk.

Formal Requirements

• Experience in a leading or coordinating role within LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Disabilities) or social care.
• Very good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Strong administrative skills and experience working with digital systems.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in personal assistance.
• Experience in recruitment, scheduling, and documentation.
• Post-secondary education in social work or similar.
