About the Role

This is a comprehensive role with full responsibility for the company's strategy, growth, and results. As CEO, you lead the entire operation and ensure that business, organization, and operational execution work together to achieve set goals. The business is conducted through several business units, and a central part of the assignment is to actively manage and prioritize between these, identify where growth is best created, and ensure the right focus over time.

The role entails overall responsibility for P&L, where you drive both growth and profitability by developing the business, streamlining structures, and strengthening the organization's execution capability. You work closely with the board and owners and are expected to translate strategy into concrete initiatives and results.

About You

You are a business-driven and confident leader with experience leading companies or larger operations through change and growth. You have previously driven growth journeys and are accustomed to making active decisions regarding prioritization, focus, and resource allocation. You have experience working in businesses with multiple sales channels and understand the complexity of balancing these, both from a growth and profitability perspective.

You combine strategic vision with operational sharpness and have a clear ability to drive structure, processes, and efficiency in organizations. You are a leader who thrives close to the operations and is not afraid to work operationally. You are driven more by making things work and delivering results and have an ego-free attitude towards both responsibility and tasks.

You Have:

Experience with overall result responsibility
Documented experience in driving growth and change initiatives
Ability to prioritize between business units and allocate resources for maximum effect
Experience in developing processes, working methods, and organizations for increased efficiency
Good understanding of both B2B business and e-commerce
