As Unit Manager, you have personnel, budget, and operational responsibility for your unit. You are responsible for planning and follow-up within your area of responsibility and actively contribute to the department's overall goals and development.
You will play a central role in the administration's local planning work. To succeed in this, your ability to create good collaborations, build professional networks, and develop long-term relationships will be key success factors. Since many of the department's assignments are driven in close collaboration between several units, you thrive working together with your colleagues in the management group to develop and drive the operations forward.
As Unit Manager, you report to the Department Manager and are part of the department's management group together with other unit managers, property controllers, and the digitalization development lead.
