YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the person responsible for the service market at Swedish Agro, you will play a key role as the connecting link for the entire service business in Sweden – including our service partners and suppliers.

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of our market plan for the service market, focusing on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Your role will include, among other things:

• Setting annual goals and budgets for spare parts and service sales, aligned with the company's overall financial and operational objectives.
• Ensuring that strategies and service standards are followed and developed, and monitoring results via key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Leading and developing the team, ensuring efficient resource utilization, and recruiting and retaining key competencies.
• Setting goals and budgets, driving sales and results, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Ensuring high customer service, handling customer cases, and building long-term relationships. Driving marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing department and developing working methods, competence, and networks both internally and externally.

YOUR PROFILE

You have at least 5 years of documented work experience as a Service Market Manager within technology, agricultural machinery, or construction machinery.

You hold a degree in agriculture or engineering, or a comparable advanced vocational education.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you have clear leadership skills that drive and coordinate the entire service market – from workshops to spare parts.

Other qualities we value are that you are driven and forward-thinking, capable of being both operational and strategic, and that you have strong decision-making abilities.

We look for you to have:

• Good knowledge of MS Windows & Office and ERP systems.
• Financial understanding, business acumen, and basic knowledge of economics and budgeting.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• A valid Category B driver's license is required.

Knowledge of agriculture and agricultural machinery is considered an asset.
