Driven Business Area Manager for Successful Skånefrö – Österlen

Are you a skilled leader with strong business acumen? Do you want to take overall responsibility for a successful Österlen-based company with innovative and award-winning products? Do you also love doing business and developing your sales organization? Then read on! Skånefrö is now looking for a Business Area Manager with responsibility for the "Green Surface" (Grönyta) area. You will become part of an innovative company that has been at the forefront for nearly a hundred years – while staying rooted and firmly planted in the Scania soil.

You have full responsibility for the Green Surface business on both the consumer and professional sides. In your role, you work operationally and close to the business, especially during the build-up phase, and drive the business in line with Skånefrö's goals, values, and growth plan. You have personnel responsibility within your business area and are a key player in the management group where you contribute to Skånefrö's continued development. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Overall responsibility for the Green Surface area, ensuring a profitable, structured, and prioritized business in daily operations and over time.
• Responsibility for sales, results, and development within Green Surface, thereby contributing to Skånefrö's revenue and profit targets.
• Responsibility for budget, forecasting, follow-up, and analysis of the business.
• Ensuring that the assortment and offers are competitive and adapted to market needs and the business's priorities.
• Developing existing and complementary businesses and contributing to more customer relationships.
• Own and develop the customer structure within Green Surface, actively process the market, drive business, and negotiate.
• Responsibility for the overall marketing strategy and activities, including online, with a focus on sales and growth.
• Ensuring collaboration between business, assortment, purchasing, and production.
• Develop your team and match competencies and roles to the business process.
• Participate in the management group and contribute to business strategies.

Your profile:

You have a suitable university education and previous experience in business development, sales, and/or marketing. We would like you to have industry knowledge and an interest in different types of outdoor environments such as football pitches, golf courses, parks, and other green areas. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

You are a structured person with strong drive, clear business focus, and natural leadership. You have the ability to coach and inspire your employees, as well as to communicate clearly and build relationships both internally and externally. You are used to working strategically and can handle several areas of responsibility simultaneously.

About the position:

The position is a permanent full-time employment located in Tommarp. Possibility for some remote work and working from home during travel is provided.
