RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for an operational unit manager who wants to drive the development of the After-Sales Unit at Regionfastigheter. The position involves leadership responsibility for approximately 40 percent, with the remaining time dedicated to operational work as the After-Sales Manager.

As a manager leading employees, you steer your operations in the expected direction towards the organization's goals. Your employees' engagement is crucial for success in your assignment, and you value coaching, giving feedback, evaluating performance, promoting collaboration, and creating a good work climate. Together with your employees, you develop the operations through efficient working methods with high quality and follow up continuously for learning and further development. You have employer and management responsibility covering employees, operations, and economy. The employee group currently consists of five employees, three working with after-sales and two with physical accessibility in Region Skåne's premises.

As the After-Sales Manager, you play a central role in ensuring quality after completed construction projects within Region Skåne's property portfolio. You are responsible for warranty management, lead warranty inspections, and handle disputes with contractors when necessary, always with a focus on clear and legally sound requirements. In this role, you combine operational work with leadership by coordinating the team and creating momentum in the unit. You collaborate closely with operational, financial, and technical property managers to lay the foundation for long-term functioning property management, while contributing to continuous development by feeding experiences and improvement insights back into the organization.

Possible locations for the position are Malmö, Lund, Kristianstad, or Helsingborg. Since our customers are Region Skåne's operations located throughout Scania, travel within the region is included in the job. We offer the possibility to work remotely based on operational needs.
