About the Role

Your contribution to Samhall is creating the conditions for our employees to trust in their skills and take the step into the regular labor market. You establish a solid structure and are responsible for planning employee development in collaboration with the Area Manager. Your responsibilities include matching employees with the company's missions and business needs, as well as developing employees' motivation, professional knowledge, work capacity, and employability. You adopt a coaching approach and actively work to increase presenteeism and reduce absenteeism. As a Group Manager, you also contribute to good coordination and collaboration with the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen) regarding new hires and contract endings. To facilitate transitions to the regular labor market, you also actively build relationships and networks with local businesses.

To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you have

• Leadership experience with personnel responsibility
• Documented experience in operational work with personnel development
• Administrative experience and a results-oriented focus
• Experience in building/developing good long-term relationships and networks
• At least upper secondary education or equivalent knowledge
• Good proficiency in Swedish (both written and spoken)
• A valid B-driver's license is required for this position
