COO / Operations Manager for an expanding family business – Helsingborg

We are now looking for a COO / Operations Manager for the successful Boncena in Helsingborg. You are offered a broad and influential role in a family business with great ambitions. In the role of COO, you are responsible for ensuring that the operational activities and organization function as smoothly and efficiently as possible. You implement efficiencies and improvements in processes, routines, and working methods that contribute to the company's continued growth and increased profitability. You build structure with a focus on KPIs, automation, and digitalization. You will be part of the management group and have the opportunity to work closely with owners and leadership, influencing the development of the business while being part of an exciting growth journey!

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Digitalize and automate the company's processes
• Lead and motivate your team with a focus on improvement and efficiency
• Create clear guidelines and KPIs and contribute to improved structure in the organization
• Optimize the entire Supply Chain process from procurement to warehouse and logistics
• Drive improvement work, follow up on key figures, and report results
• Handle various HR matters
• Economics: automate and develop the company's economic tools
• Synchronize the organization's flow of information between systems (CRM, ERP, etc.)

Your Profile:

You have previous experience from operational leadership, likely within FMCG / grocery retail, where you have contributed to a growth journey. You have the ability to combine a strategic perspective with an understanding of daily work. You are well-versed in how to run a company based on key figures and you work purposefully, structured, and business-driven. Furthermore, you have experience and knowledge of building a brand both for B2B and for consumers from scratch. You also have experience driving projects in a leading role.

As a person, you are loyal, driven, and ambitious. You like to drive changes and engage your team, which requires that you are clear and communicative with the ability to set demands and give feedback in a respectful manner. You are forward-looking, positive, and like to give that little extra in all situations.

About the Position:

The position is a permanent full-time employment. The work is performed on-site at the headquarters in Helsingborg. Start date according to agreement.
