Special Educator for a School Provider on Gotland We are looking for a full-time special educator for a school provider on Gotland, covering both primary and secondary education. You will be employed by us and work on-site at the client's location, where you will be a vital part of the student health team. The position covers the entire academic year 2026/2027, starting in the autumn. This role is ideal for you who want to work broadly with students of all ages, from the youngest to the oldest. Your Background

You support teachers in creating pedagogical assessments and action plans, acting as a sounding board for both the teaching staff and school management. Your interest in each individual allows you to consciously adapt content and methods for every situation and student. You are proficient with various pedagogical tools and programs and use the computer as a natural part of your work. You are structured. We also see that you are flexible and comfortable seeing yourself both alongside students in their learning environment and with the unit's teachers. You are a qualified special educator with a background as a primary school teacher. You have experience working with students with reading and writing difficulties, math difficulties, and neuropsychiatric functional variations. You are familiar with various assessment and compensatory aids, as well as other methods that support our students and lead to better goal achievement.
