Substitute Preschool Teacher in Sävedalen

Now you have the opportunity for a developing role as a substitute preschool teacher at two of our preschools in Sävedalen! As a substitute preschool teacher, you will be part of a team as a fixed substitute but will work in other departments as needed.

This may involve covering for educators working part-time, filling in during planning time, and sometimes being an extra educator to help create good opportunities for all children to succeed and learn together with colleagues.

At our preschools, the principal has organized so that each team has fixed substitutes who serve as extra resources in the departments, creating security and continuity for both children and staff. You may work in one or more departments, making the assignment both developing and exciting.

We are now looking for you who want to be part of our team and work together with other preschool teachers and childcare workers!

Qualifications

We are primarily looking for someone who is a trained preschool teacher. Previous experience in childcare is an advantage.

You are flexible and can quickly adapt to new conditions. You see it as a given to always be present with the children in their play and activities and find it easy to collaborate with different colleagues.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability!

Duration: Autumn 2026 with possible extension Spring 2027.
Scope: 60-100% spread over 3-5 days/week

Kvarnängens preschool is located in southern Sävedalen. It is a preschool with exciting and creative environments. It is built with two open squares in the middle, creating common meeting places where we meet and learn from each other. We strive for a varied and enjoyable working method where children are given the opportunity to learn and experience with all their senses - through play, music, movement, and creativity. The preschool's location with several green areas nearby offers opportunities for varied and developing outdoor activities.

Soldatängens preschool is located in a picturesque area with the forest right next door, also in southern Sävedalen. Here, we start from the children's desire to learn. The preschool should be safe, fun, and educational. We see dialogue with guardians as very important. Guardians have the opportunity to participate and influence through our user council. At the preschool, we have our own cook who prepares all the food in our kitchen.
