We are now looking for a personal assistant for a 30-year-old client living in their own house in Vara municipality. The position is approximately 80% and involves working in the form of day shifts, about 2–3 shifts per week.

About the position

As a personal assistant, you work closely with the client and provide support in daily life. The job involves creating security, structure, and participation in everyday life, as well as enabling an active and meaningful leisure time.

The client has autism and epilepsy and is a social person who enjoys companionship and activities. Interests include music, dance, outings, and spending time in nature.

Responsibilities

Support in daily routines and household chores

Accompany on activities, outings, and social contexts

Contribute to a safe and structured everyday life

Be attentive to the client's needs related to epilepsy

Qualifications

Experience in care, support, or personal assistance is an advantage

Knowledge of autism and/or epilepsy is an advantage

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

A driver's license and access to a car are required
