Who am I?

I am a warm, caring, and positive guy who, despite living with a muscle disease, wants to have an active, developing, and social life. The disease makes it difficult for me to move, I cannot get up on my own, and I need help with most things in daily life – but that does not stop me from enjoying life and pursuing my interests.

I love to exercise and stay active (in my own way), eat good and nutritious food, socialize, talk about everything under the sun, and try new things. You will quickly notice that I have a good sense of humor and that my caring nature is contagious.

Your role

As a personal assistant, you will be my extended arm. You are the one who ensures that my will and needs guide my daily life. The tasks are varied and may include:

• Helping with transfers, personal hygiene, and dressing/undressing

• Accompanying me to training, activities, errands, and social events

• Assisting with cooking, meals, and other household chores

• Being a companion and support – both practically and socially

This job requires attentiveness, commitment, and a good sense of humor. Some days will be filled with laughter and conversation, while others will require more focus and precision – but every day makes a difference.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a woman aged 30-45

• Is empathetic, patient, and sees the person behind the disability

• Can be both compliant with instructions and proactive when the situation requires

• Finds it easy to connect with people and enjoys working closely with someone

• Likes variety.

• Bonus if you enjoy exercise, cooking, and outdoor activities (but not a requirement)

The scope is about 3-4 day shifts/month, which generates approximately 45-50%
