We are looking for someone in their 30s and older who wants to help create a safe, meaningful, and joyful everyday life for a happy, social, and art-loving woman in her 40s. She will soon be moving to her own home and has the support of a dedicated team of assistants who work closely with her.

About the user

She enjoys swimming, horseback riding, listening to music, using public transport, and cycling on her tricycle. She communicates in both Swedish and Polish and appreciates companionship, laughter, and wonderful moments with her assistants.

Due to her disabilities, she needs support in her daily life – both physically and cognitively. She has mobility impairments and balance difficulties and uses a walker or wheelchair for movement. She also has an intellectual disability and sometimes requires clear structure, calm guidance, and security in various everyday situations.

As a personal assistant, you will be an important support in her life and a part of her daily routine. Your work involves creating safety, participation, and joy in life. The tasks include:

• Personal care (hygiene, dressing, etc.)
• Cooking, cleaning, and laundry
• Support during activities, walks, and outings
• Accompanying her to medical visits and treatments
• Planning and booking everyday activities

We are looking for a female assistant who is physically strong and enjoys being active in daily life. You are a calm, patient, and positive person who is attentive to the needs of others and enjoys working closely with another person. For you, respect for the user's integrity and self-determination is a given.

You can work independently but also appreciate teamwork. We would like you to be flexible, responsible, and proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Experience as a personal assistant is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have a warm heart, commitment, and a desire to be a reliable support in everyday life.

Working hours

Fixed schedule: Mondays approximately 2:45 PM - 12:00 AM (including night duty) and Wednesdays approximately 2:45 PM - 9:30 AM (including night duty).

During the introduction, which is paid, you will shadow regular assistants to learn all the routines. Start immediately!
